This package includes an initial telephone consultation with Dr. Rachel Oppitz to determine your detox program, a 3 night stay at the Red Bridge Inn, 6 classes (detox, nutrition, basic treatment guidelines, cooking/meal planning, shopping tour, etc.), 2 massages, 1 body wrap of your choice, saunas, exercise opportunities (yoga, cross-country

Many of you have taken advantage of our Super Tuesday discount. For those of you who have not yet tried it, it is an opportunity for you to save 5% on your supplement orders placed on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. All you need to do is call or email your order by 4 pm on that day to receive the discount. We have had people call even a week in advance and tell us to hold the order until Super Tuesday, which we are happy to do.

On line booking is now available to all of our customers. This allows you the flexibility to schedule your appointments at any time of the day or night. To have access to this service call or email us to request that we activate the on line booking for you. From you, we will need a user name and password to activate this program, once we have those in place you can begin using this new convenience.

We now have evening hours available until 7pm by appointment on Mondays and Thursdays.
