Dr. Montzka is a graduate of Northwest College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN. She obtained a degree in Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine. Dr. Montzka has been a Chiropractor since 1994 in Park Rapids, MN and does total family health care and nutritional counseling. The techniques she uses are diversified, thompson, activator, and BEST. She accepts most insurance plans.
James Pinoniemi, DC
Dr. Pinoniemi is a graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN. He obtained a degree in Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine. Dr. Pinoniemi see's patients for wellness care, condition care including conditions not associated with the musculoskeletal system. (ex. diabetes) Pre/post labs will be taken in house or any specialty labs will be done at St. Josephs Hospital. Dr. Pinoniemi works with body composition (weight loss) to improve patients health or performance. He also works with sports injuries. Extended hours are available on Monday evenings until 7:00 pm.

Natalie is the friendly voice and cheerfull smile you will hear when calling the chiropractic businesses. She files all the insurance claims and maintains each of the patients accounts and charts.
